About Episode: On the importance of taking time off to avoid burnout.

When was the last time you were in nature - truly, and deeply there? The Norwegian culture has a deep reverence and respect for nature and the role it plays in physical and mental health. The Norwegian saying “Ut på tur aldri sur!” (Never sad when out on a nature walk!) probably says it best. But how many of us truly take advantage of how helpful some time in nature can be? In this episode, I talk with a Norwegian glamping enthusiast and entrepreneur about the importance of taking time off (specifically in nature) to avoid burnout and workaholism.
