The Norwegian saying “Ut på tur aldri sur!” (Never sad when out on a nature walk!) probably says it best. But how many of us truly take advantage of how helpful some time in nature can be? In this episode, I talk with a Norwegian glamping enthusiast and entrepreneur about the importance of taking time off (specifically in nature) to avoid burnout and workaholism.

Rolf Arne Leer is a Norwegian-bred, New York-made entrepreneur who appreciates the balance between the hustle and the hearth.
